Raised in her Mother’s Dance School Alice discovered her love of the performing arts at an early age. After graduating from the Royal Academy of Dance with a BA Honors in Ballet Education and specialising in performance, Alice studied privately with Cuban National Ballerina Chilian Heredria, and accomplished a one year apprenticeship with the London Ballet Company going on to perform as a soloist.
From theatre productions to fashion campaigns, Alice has a vast repertoire of industry skills that have seen her travel all over the world. Also developing her commercial direction she has danced in both independent and Feature Films, a range of music videos and commercials.
Alice also teaches Ballet and Contemporary technique, training aspiring young dancers up to pre-professional level, aswell as choreographs both student and professional performances. Her philanthropic side has lead her to dance for charity campaigns and women’s rights workshops as far away as South America and East Africa.
Alice is combining her roots in classical ballet and contemporary dance in a drive to create original works. Alice is a keen advocate for ballet to be brought forward to more mainstream platforms through collaborations across the arts.

"Seven dancers are offered ample opportunity to show off their technique, especially Alice Oakley-Jones's outstanding if too-brief solo."

"Alice was great to work with! She combined her strong classical and contemporary technique with great stage presence and acting skills. She portrayed Poppy in a unique and realistic way, her dancing was light yet strong. She made the audience smile and cry, and took them on a journey with her."
- Fran Mangiacasale - Choreographer
